Building thriving Hmong and BIPOC communities by reducing barriers to opportunity, promoting equitable access to services and resources, and supporting community-driven solutions through education, outreach, leadership development, and collaboration.
PABNEEG is a Hmong-founded, Colorado-based nonprofit dedicated to strengthening communities through leadership development, language access, outreach, education, and collaborative partnerships.
Through programs, public education initiatives, and community engagement efforts, PABNEEG helps individuals and families access information, connect with support services, develop leadership skills, and contribute to positive and sustainable community outcomes.
PABNEEG means "Helping People" in Hmong — pronounced bah-nay.

We work across multiple interconnected areas to support community wellbeing, service access, and long-term empowerment.
PABNEEG provides multilingual outreach, interpreter support, and language accessibility services to connect individuals and families facing language or access barriers with the resources and services they need.
We work alongside healthcare systems, courts, schools, and public agencies to ensure language is never a barrier to accessing critical services.

Most communities already have services. What is often missing is the bridge between the person in need and the help that exists. PABNEEG builds that bridge. We connect people to behavioral health, crisis support, victim services, legal help, housing, and community resources so families and the people who serve them are not navigating fragmented systems alone.
There is no single way to do this. Building multilingual technology platforms is one of the ways we bridge the gap, and pairing that work with community-engaged research and evaluation is another. But the right approach depends on the community. We work directly with each organization and agency to understand their needs and identify the best way forward, then build it around the people they serve.
This is a working model, and it adapts to any state, county, or community. If your community is ready to close the gap between people and care, we are ready to build it with you.
Whether you have time, skills, resources, or connections, there's a meaningful role for you in strengthening community wellbeing.
